My client, a major international company, is looking to welcome a German speaking Customer support and Admin Specialist to their growing team in Dusseldorf.
What does the typical day look like:
- Collect information from internal system (using reports and questionnaires) and apply necessary workflow to provide the information to the relevant team and Management
- Perform additional checks for the internal team and Management.
- Perform necessary tasks, getting the full information about the sites etc
What are we looking for:
- Native-level fluency in German (C2 or higher) and English fluency (B2 or higher).
- Enthusiastic with a desire to learn.
- Some admin or coordinating experience is preferred
- The ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word.

- Salary: EUR 35 000 per annum
