Our client, a leading international company, is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support and Admin Specialist to join their expanding team in Düsseldorf.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather information from internal systems using reports and questionnaires.
- Apply necessary workflows to provide information to relevant teams and management.
- Conduct additional checks for the internal team and management.
- Perform essential tasks, including gathering comprehensive information about sites.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken German language skills.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Preferably some experience in administration or coordination.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
