Growing international travel-tech company based in Dublin City Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Norwegian speaking professional speaker to join their team of customer support wizards!
Please note this a a part time role (Three days a week)
Location Dublin 4 office, Hybrid model (1 day a week in the office)
Working Hours Monday to Friday, office hours
Job type Permanent, Full time
Salary Annual Base of 33,000 (pro rata)
Responsibilities
- Providing consultative support and always going an extra mile to help the customer/client
- Working with B2B client to resolve the queries and technical issue
- Channels: Email, Phone, Chat Support
- Communication with other departments and product teams
- Maintaining customer satisfaction
- Demonstrating flexibility resilience and keeping always positive attitude
Your Profile
- Fluent Norwegian and English skills both in writing and speaking (C2 level)
- Experience in customer facing role (Customer service or Technical Support or Sales or Admin)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
