About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled D365 Team Leader to oversee and guide our Dynamics 365
(D365) team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Core D365, integration
technologies, and Power Apps, with a strong focus on Canvas Apps for Mobile. This role
requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership experience, and stakeholder
management skills to drive innovative solutions and ensure successful D365
implementations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of D365 developers and consultants, fostering collaboration
and growth.
• Oversee the design, development, and integration of D365 solutions, ensuring
alignment with business needs.
• Utilize D365 integration technologies to streamline and enhance system
functionalities.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps, with a focus on Canvas Apps for mobile solutions.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, shaping and
refining designs based on business requirements.
• Provide strategic input on best practices, implementation approaches, and system
improvements.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, governance, and security protocols.
Key Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience with Core D365.
• Expertise in D365 integration technologies.
• Proficiency in Power Apps development, particularly Canvas Apps for mobile
applications.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and shape solution
designs.
• Local or landed candidates are preferred, but not essential.
Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft certifications in D365 or Power Platform.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
