Customer Service Rep / Travel Advisor with Norwegian OR Danish language

Your Role:
- Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and chat
- Offer expert advice on flights, products, membership programs, and more
- Guide customers through booking airline tickets and navigating various payment options
- Provide helpful solutions to customers facing travel difficulties
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Norwegian OR Danish(C1 level or higher) with a good level of English
- A naturally helpful and collaborative team player
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on active listening
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Available to work from our vibrant office in Warsaw
