Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Cleansing: Collect, cleanse, and validate data from various sources to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis and decision-making.
- Data Exploration and Visualization: Use advanced data exploration techniques and visualization tools to uncover insights and trends.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical and mathematical techniques to develop strong analytical foundations for predictive modeling.
- Machine Learning & AI Model Development: Build and implement machine learning and deep learning models to address critical business challenges.
- ML-Ops / AI-Ops Expertise: Apply ML-Ops and AI-Ops practices to manage the full lifecycle of machine learning models – from development to deployment and monitoring.
- Big Data Management: Manage large-scale data infrastructure and data engineering pipelines to support efficient data processing and analysis.
- Version Control & Collaboration: Use version control tools like Git to manage code integrity and facilitate collaborative development.
- AI-Driven Product Development: Support the design and delivery of AI-driven products aligned with user and business needs.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in developing applications using Big Data technologies, including API development.
- Hands-on programming experience, ideally with Python and other modern programming languages.
- Understanding and experience working with analytics libraries, natural language processing (NLP) tools, and statistical libraries.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write and debug complex code.
- Proven track record in data engineering and data science projects, working with diverse data sources and large data sets.
- Preferred experience includes AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB), CloudFormation, JavaScript, Cypress, and OpenShift.
- Travel Required: Up to 80% or 4 days a week (home on weekends - based on project requirements)

- You must currently reside in the UK and have been living continuously in the UK for the last 5-10 years.
- Applicants must be able to hold or obtain UK government security clearance.
