Database Marketing- Lead Management Representative
Job Description Summary:
CPL are delighted to be working with global Fintech Company on this Database marketing Representative opportunity on a fixed term contract, based in Dublin City.
As a Lead Management Representative within the Database Marketing team, you will be responsible for managing & prioritizing leads flowing through from within the Demand Generation COE team & partner Concentrix.
The successful candidate will be passionate about B2B lead qualification and capable of managing dependencies of varying complexity to drive sales and revenue growth.
Job Description:
• Delegate, manage Campaign/Lead priorities and expectations with our Lead Qualification partners in Concentrix
• Monitor the execution of all lead generation related campaigns and maintain strong governance around lead quantity and quality to ensure global alignment within the team
• Liaise with Concentrix Management and collate campaign feedback on behalf of Database Marketing team
• Manage Lead Qualification dashboards & In-House reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders around active campaigns and review/escalate on quality feedback
• Partner with the ABM, GTM and Growth teams to support lead generation programs across the globe
• Identify areas of inefficiency within lead qualification and propose solutions that will scale as the Global Lead Qualification Team grows.
• Liaise with stakeholders on lead or opportunity quality
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Database Marketing Director
Job Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation experience with global experience preferred but not essential
• Proven understanding of commercial data and how to leverage that to drive marketing and sales campaigns
• Working knowledge in relevant technologies: Salesforce, Teradata, Eloqua, JIRA, Excel
