Cpl Healthcare is seeking a Day Service Manager for their Co. Tipperary based client. The role involves overseeing day services for adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities, focusing on independent living, community integration, personal development, and work opportunities.
This full-time permanent position requires 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include implementing best practices for high-quality, person-centered services aligned with New Directions and the company's values. The Manager will lead operational aspects, ensuring top-notch services and compliance with standards.
Applicants must meet specific criteria:
- Relevant 3rd level qualification in health, social care, or nursing.
- Management/Leadership Qualification at minimum QQI Level 6.
- 5 years post-qualification experience in a similar setting.
- Familiarity with New Directions and the EASI tool.
- Experience in staff management and resource utilization.
- Support for individuals with Challenging Behavior.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety and Employment laws.
- Motivational and leadership skills.
- Valid Irish Driving License and eligibility to work in Ireland.
