Our client, a global leader in healthcare, is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their Galway team on a 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment within the healthcare industry! 💼🌍

Role Overview: Join a close-knit team of 40-45 staff, with eight team members focused on the Benelux region. You will support customers across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, handling orders and inquiries related to rapid test kits and medical devices. 🏥💉

Key Responsibilities: • Order Management: Process 23-30 orders daily, ensuring smooth coordination between teams. 📦

• Customer Interaction: Communicate with healthcare professionals (GPs, doctors, hospitals) via phone and email. 📞✉️

• Problem Solving: Resolve issues like out-of-stock items and follow up on Purchase Orders. 🛠

• Inbox Management: Manage shared inboxes to maintain excellent service levels. 📧

Requirements: • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (French is a plus).

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is ideal, but we welcome entry-level candidates too. 👥

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP or similar systems is advantageous. 💻

• Teamwork: Ability to work closely with your team for a cohesive work environment. 👯

Additional Details: • Work Schedule: Shift work, from 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Irish Time or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Dutch Time. ⏰

• Work Environment: Hybrid setup – 4 days in the office, 1 day from home. 🏠💼

• Support and Training: Training provided to set you up for success. 📚

• Compensation: Salary up to €35,000. 💶
