EA to CEO | Hybrid | Dublin
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised & proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, ensuring seamless daily operations while handling confidential matters with professionalism. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a keen attention to detail.
This is a 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence handling.
- Act as a POC for internal and external communications, ensuring efficient time management.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Manage special projects and conduct research as needed.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Support event planning and coordination for executive engagements.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
