Cpl HR recruitment have a super opportunity to join a very successful international tech company in the capacity of EMEA Benefits Partner on an FTC basis for a 12 month contract. The role will be based in Dublin city centre 3 days on site with 2 days remote working.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
- Designing, implementing, and managing benefits programs
- Ensure that the benefits offerings are competitive to attract and retain talent
- Manage relationships with external third party benefits providers
- Support a large number of EMEA countries
- Provide regular reports to senior management
- Oversee case management queries and escalate when needed
Skills and experience required:
- Must have experience and an in depth knowledge of EMEA benefits
- Strong technical ability and system knowledge will be key to this role
- Strong Excel usage is essential
- You must be an excellent communicator, with strong delivery presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management will be key
