Our Fintech client has an exciting requirement for an Employee Relations Manager for a 12-month Maternity Leave contract in Dublin West. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring ER processes are adhered to with best practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Providing HR guidance on complex ER cases
- Provide and coach managers on a broad range of ER issues.
- Managing grievance and disciplinary procedures
- Work closely with wider global ER teams to build effective relationships with various stakeholders
- Participating in projects and initiatives related to ER
- Analysis of ER practice and policies regularly to ensure compliance
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 8+ years HR experience in a corporate environment.
- Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related discipline.
- CIPD qualification is an advantage.
- Strong background in Employee Relations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
