Executive Officer required for Temporary Position in an Education Institution

Location: Dublin 2
ROP: €17.41 Per hour
Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday (all one site)
Training: Full training provided
Primary Responsibilities:
- Reception: Address inquiries and issues from students and the public.
- Telephone: Handle incoming calls, resolving queries and concerns.
- Email Correspondence: Manage email inquiries from students and the public.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain live accounts, perform data entry, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Address questions from applicants, students, and staff; escalate when necessary.
- Systems Management: update databases and generate reports.
- Clerical Work: Conduct routine administrative tasks, including record-keeping, filing, and data entry.
- Event Coordination: Assist with internal and external activities, meetings, and events.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure precise workflow management, handling large volumes of information under deadlines.
- General Support: Assist line managers and colleagues; perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and web
- Experience: Relevant work experience; customer service experience in person, by phone, and by email.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; high accuracy in written and numerical tasks.
- Personal Qualities: Service-oriented, detail-focused, excellent customer service, results-driven, flexible with working hours.
