Title: Adjudication Division
Grade: Executive Officer (EO)
Duration of Contract: minimum of 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality and responsive administrative, logistical and procedural support within the Adjudication Unit to the Chief Adjudication Officer and Adjudication Officers
- Assist with the retention of a panel of Adjudication Officers
- Support the develop of procedures, policies, and internal systems for the Adjudication function including organising for the publication of consultations and finalised guidelines and procedures
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility and carry out any other additional tasks, that may arise
Required Experience and Skills:
- Experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a legal or regulatory environment
- Strong organisational and logistical skills with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including word processing and spreadsheet management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle various tasks and responsibilities
- Knowledge or interest in competition law or regulatory frameworks (desirable but not essential).
