My client based near Dublin Airport is seeking a food and beverage administrator for a 6-month contract. This role might be extended for another few months depending on the maternity leave cover required.
The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to the Food and Beverage (F&B) department ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
The ideal candidate will be required to but not limited to
- Assist the General Manager’s with daily administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
- Updating records for inventories, purchases, and sales.
- Prepare manage and update documentation such as invoices, receipts, and contracts.
- Prepare agendas and take minutes for meetings.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and functions.
- Monitor stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer
- Communicate effectively with staff, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Track and report on any departmental expenses.
- Support in processing invoice payments and follow up.
This role is fully on site and no hybrid option is available.
The successful candidate will have
- Previous administrative experience
- Previous customer care background
- A background in hospitality, tourism or retail is an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office including Excel
