What does the typical day look like:
- Negotiate and close contracts with property owners, demonstrating strong persuasion skills and a deep understanding of client needs.
- Manage a high volume of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and a conversion rate above company average.
- Manage a portfolio of existing leasing contracts
- Prepare detailed sales proposals tailored to individua property owners, highlighting the benefits and value
- propositions of client's offerings.
- Negotiate with landlords to obtain the best possible rates, liaising with the both the legal and real-estate department when necessary
What are we looking for:
- Fluent in German
- Enthusiastic with a desire to learn.
- Sales and negotiation experience is a plus
- The ability to work independently while also being a team player.
