One of our clients in Finance looking for a Governance Associate / Board Admin Support.
8 week Contract

Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Company Secretary and Assistant Company Secretary in planning and organising Board Meetings including organising clear and appropriate papers;
- Supporting all aspects of the work of key Board Committees involving planning, organising and attending meetings, organising clear and appropriate papers and preparing detailed fit for purpose
- minutes;
- Maintaining schedules of topics and action logs and following up to ensure that all decisions are executed;
- Supporting the annual effectiveness evaluation process for the Board and committees
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience working in a company secretarial capacity, ideally including financial services experience;
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with high impact and well-developed influencing and stakeholder management/engagement skills;
- Ability to manage multiple demanding initiatives concurrently, balancing multiple priorities and executing against tight deadlines;
- Strong planning and organisational skills;
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Diligent Board Portal software.
