We are currently recruiting for Grade 3 and Grade 4 Clerical Officers for our client, a public sector body. These roles are initially temporary, 3 month contracts with view to extension for the right candidate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting the team in all administrative task
- Assisting with checking and verifying and recording Invoices
- Minute taking as required
- Dealing with queries by phone, email and post
- Contacting relevant stakeholders to follow up on queries
- Attending and arranging meetings
- Scheduling clinics
- Processing claim forms
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong typing skills is essential.
- Dictaphone typing is desired but not essential.
- Excellent communication, organisational and presentational skills.
- Attention to detail, prioritisation and deadline orientated.
