The HSE Estates function provides a range of professional, technical, project management, property, fire and safety, and related services in respect of the procurement, development, operation, and maintenance of the health service’s physical infrastructure—including buildings, plant, and equipment.
These services include design, specification, project management, supervision and procurement associated with major and minor capital building and refurbishment works, risk and asset management, property services, maintenance of health care facilities, fire and infrastructural safety issues, etc.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated graduate to gain hands-on experience in technical services, project management, and infrastructure development within the healthcare sector. The HSE is seeking a graduate engineer/architect to join its Estates team in Limerick, playing a key role in building, maintaining, and improving healthcare facilities that serve communities across the region.
As part of this role, you will be involved in the planning, development, and maintenance of healthcare infrastructure and contributing to capital works projects. This is an ideal position for graduates in Engineering or Architecture, to apply their technical knowledge in a real-world setting while developing expertise in project management, procurement, and compliance.
