Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a complex CAD environment, Utilising multiple advanced systems.
- Drive excellence in modular construction design for housing and bathroom pods.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, efficient designs.
- Ensure projects meet exacting standards while remaining on schedule.
What We’re Looking For
We need a visionary leader with a passion for modular construction. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience: 4+ years working in 3D CAD within the construction sector.
- Expertise: Strong background in Light Gauge Steel (IGS) or steel framing construction.
- Mastery: At least 4 years of experience with Autodesk Revit.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple CAD systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment: This is a full-time, on-site role in Nenagh (5 days per week).
