About the Role
As a Content Reviewer specializing in Hebrew, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and inclusive online community. Using your cultural insights and problem-solving skills, you’ll help enforce community standards and improve user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve reported issues, including account support requests and potentially harmful content.
- Monitor abuse reports and enforce community guidelines.
- Apply market-specific knowledge to enhance user experiences and develop scalable solutions.
- Analyse trends and escalate policy violations to the global team.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Language Skills: Fluent in Hebrew (C1-C2 level) with deep knowledge of Israeli culture and social trends; professional proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Personal Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, resilience, adaptability, and decision-making abilities.
- Work Experience: Proven ability to meet performance targets (KPIs) and thrive in challenging situations.
- Technical Skills: Effective time management and task prioritization.

Working Conditions
