Cpl Recruitment are looking for a Permanent HR Officer to join a Transport Organisation in Dublin South. The role is fully onsite.
Responsibilities:
· Process all starters and leavers
· Accurately process HR forms/documents
· Maintain and organise up to date personnel records
· Resolve colleague queries when possible
· Update HR Databases
· Complete final Employee file check proof of right to work checks
· Support managers with minute taking in the investigation/disciplinary and grievance process
Requirements:
· 2 years proven HR administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
· Accredited HR qualification
· Understanding of employment law, HR procedures and policies
