Cpl is working in partnership with Ireland’s leading wholesaler to appoint an experienced HR Administrator to join their successful team in Coleraine.
This is fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join thriving business in a busy and varied role.
Your new role
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the HR function through providing HR administration support.
Role Responsibilities:
· Support with the maintenance of multiple HR tracker spreadsheets, ensuring that all data is recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
· Support with the maintenance of the HR Management Software, PAMS.
· Providing support with employee relations meetings, to include drafting invitation letters and minute taking.
· Setting up inductions for new employees.
· Creating staff cards for all employees.
· Supporting with absence management through care calls and communicating relevant information with line managers.
Skills and Experience Required:
· 1 year’s HR Administration experience is essential.
· Full UK driving license.
· Excellent IT skills which include; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
· Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
· Highly organised
· High level of verbal and written communication skills.
· Can-do attitude
