Our technology client in Dublin city centre has an exciting requirement for a HR Advisor (French Speaker), for a 12-month contract, with the option for fully remote working. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing all HR support for any HR queries that may arise. You will also work closely with specialist HR functions and assist with HR projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED:
● Provide guidance and support HR matters
● Manage a high volume of employee queries and tickets in a fast-paced environment
● Assist employees to navigate and use internal HR tools & systems
● Support the implementation and of HR initiatives
● Coordinate with HR specialist functions
● Ensure adherence to response deadlines and employee experience.
● Apply knowledge of French employment laws to guide employees
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
● Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
● 2+ years’ HR experience.
● In-depth understanding of French employment law
● Experience supporting a HR functions, including Leave of Absence (LOA), Payroll and Benefits
● Experience working with Workday or another HRIS.
● Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience in HR or a related field.
● Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.
