Cpl Recruitment is seeking an HR Advisor to join an operational organisation on a permanent basis. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Dublin 11, with three days in the office and two days working from home. The role involves supporting management, driving employee engagement, and overseeing HR processes. As the main point of contact for all people-related issues across the sites, you will ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed and comply with current legislation. This is an operational role, and occasional travel to Cork may be needed.
Responsibilities Required:
- A qualification in Human Resources Management or currently studying towards one. At least 2+ years of experience working in an HR role or HR department.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and the wider European HR team.
- Recruit new colleagues to join their operation.
- Work closely with managers to address HR issues in a professional and effective manner.
- Take the lead on employee relations cases, ensuring they are handled thoroughly, practically, and in line with best practices.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date, fit for purpose, and compliant with current legislation.
- Actively contribute to people-related projects, supporting continuous improvement within the HR function.
- Work with managers to drive high performance through the performance review process.
- Lead initiatives that boost employee engagement, using tools like the Q12 Gallup Survey.
Experience Required:
- Experience in an HR generalist role, with a strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, HR best practices, and high turnover recruitment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and support both managers and employees.
- Strong knowledge of current HR legislation and the ability to apply it effectively in the workplace.
