Cpl HR recruitment have a great HRBP position for a Permanent role based in South Dublin in the healthcare sector. As part of a wider HR team, this role will provide support to senior management and staff whilst promoting best practice solutions.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
· Provide top class HR advice to senior management and staff
· Front line management of ER issue
· Management of absence and Long-Term absence case
· To produce reports on headcount, absence and turnover etc. as required
· Monitor policy and procedures regularly, ensuring they are up to date with legislation
· Participate in the recruitment process when neede
· Coach management on best people practice
· Onboarding of new hire
· Ensure a fair performance management process is in place and fit for purpose
· Contribute and lead as appropriate on HR projects
Skills and education required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years progressive HR experience
- Must have experience in a large organisation
- Excellent working knowledge of Irish employment legislation
- Have a proven ability to be a strong team player and provide support at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure and deal positively with difficult situations in a busy environment
- Discretion and confidentiality is a key prerequisite for this position
- Ability to work 100% on site in South Dublin
