Cpl HR recruitment are supporting a global organisation in recruiting a HR Business Partner for busy area of their business for a Permanent role. This role is fully onsite in West Dublin.
Role and responsibilities:
- Lead, drive and engage a large workforce
- Champion change management projects
- Work to drive a high-performance culture and develop strong engagement
- Work with various parts of the business to develop best in class people plans in line with the business.
- Provide advice and support to management and employees to resolve employee relations issues
- Partner with the recruitment team to identify and attract top talent,
- Ensure compliance with company policy and procedure
Skill and experience required:
- Extensive 5 years HR experience with a strong operations background
- Experience in manufacturing, Engineering, logistics or retail would be an advantage
- Be a strong, logical decision maker
- Have excellent ability to build meaningful relationships
