Cpl HR recruitment are supporting a global organisation in recruiting a Permanent Reward Specialist for a busy area of their business.
Role and responsibilities:
• As part of the Reward Strategy, contribute to the design and implementation of the Total Reward strategy, policies, programmes and processes
• Develop, maintain and execute the Reward Annual Plan and Calendar
• In terms of Delivery Excellence, ensure the delivery of Reward services to agreed time, cost and quality standards
• Coach and support HRBPs and Line Managers to enhance their understanding and their support of the Reward policies and agenda
• Continuously review and enhance relevant policy and process documentation to facilitate effective delivery of Reward services to the business
• Perform assigned reward benchmarking activities (including salary & benefit surveys, salary positioning) to agreed quality standards
Skill and experience required:
· 3 years experience in a Reward Specialist Role
· Strong operational understanding of Total Reward policies and programmes
· Excellent analytical, communications and stakeholder management skills
· Passion for using your expertise to develop innovative solutions that add value to the business
