Cpl Recruitment are currently looking for a Permanent HR Business Partner for a Insurance Organisation in Dublin.
The successful candidate must have 3 years HR Generalist Experience and Strong Employee Relations Experience.
Responsibilities:
• Develop strong working relationships with HRs internal customers.
• Provide solid HR support and guidance to the Leadership Team.
• Support management on issues such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, absence management etc.
• Work with the business to develop onboarding programs
•Review of existing recruitment strategy and propose improvements.
• Align business objectives with the management of our people across the business.
• Contribute to HR projects as required
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a recruitment / HRBP role.
• CIPD Qualified.
