Cpl HR recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a global industrial client on a permanent basis. Along with partnering with the business, the ideal candidate for this role will have good experience in Industrial Relations and be very comfortable supporting managers with employee relations cases.
Role and responsibilities will include:
- Advise and support managers and employees on all aspects of HR
- Implement local and global policies and practices
- Support with recruitment and staff development plans
- Drive employee engagement to support with retention
- Manage the relationship with the business and unions in an effective manner
- Support with ad hoc HR projects as they arise
Skills and experience required:
- Degree in HR or other relatable subject
- CIPD qualification would be desirable
- Previous experience working in a unionised environment is essential
- Irish employment law experience is required
- Must be able to work on your own initiative
- Ability to travel
