Our manufacturing client, in Dublin West, have an exciting requirement for a HR Business Partner for a 6-month maternity leave contract. The successful candidate will provide a broad range of HR support to the business, working fully onsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Support alignment of HR strategies with business objectives,
- Accountable for HR results, align with wider business expectations
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
- Build morale and increasing employee engagement
- Support end to end recruitment, ensuring selection of the highest calibre candidates
- Preparation of payroll information
- Analyse trends and metrics for the HR department and implement any necessary improvements or recommendations
- Manage investigations, disciplinary and grievance meetings, ensuring compliance with employment legislation
- Assisting in the development and implementation of policies & procedures
- Assisting the implementation of HR initiatives & projects
- Ensure focus on talent development
- Ensure delivery of timely, relevant and efficient HR operations
- Assist in building a strong organizational culture
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Degree in HR or related field essential
- 3+ years’ HR experience (preferably in the manufacturing or related industry)
- Experience working with HRIS
