Our global technology client, based in Dublin city center, is seeking an HR Consultant with expertise in Leave of Absence (LOA) management for a 12-month maternity cover contract. The successful candidate will handle LOA inquiries across multiple countries in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice, guidance, and clarification on Leave of Absence policies and procedures to employees.
- Analyze LOA data to identify trends and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with relevant departments (e.g., Benefits, Payroll, Legal) as needed.
- Contribute to special projects requiring Leave of Absence expertise.
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Required Experience:
- At least 3 years of HR experience, including leave management or employee benefits.
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience in a centralized HR function or shared services environment is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with HRIS (Workday is preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
