Our multinational tech client in Dublin city centre has a 6 month requirement for a HR Coordinator to join their HR operations team supporting EMEA. The successful candidate will support all HR-related matters, in a busy, fast paced, dynamic environment. Hybrid working or fully remote work on offer.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
· Provide support to the HR Business Partners and collaborate with the wider People Operations team to ensure a remarkable employee experience
· Collaborate on our termination processes
· Manage all EMEA leaves of absence
· Manage HR inbox and respond to employee queries
· Identify opportunities to improve processes
· Generate HR reports and take action as needed
· Process transactions in the HRIS with focus on accuracy and timelines
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· 1+ years of experience working in a Human Resources function
· HR Qualification
· A strong customer service orientation with high attention to detail
· Strong interpersonal & communication skills
· Prior knowledge & experience with WorkDay or other HRIS
