Our client is a large Irish Organisation are actively seeking a HR Executive to join their organisation for a permanent role. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of HR activities associated with general Learning & Development and Employee Engagement. The offer hybrid working, with 2 days’ work from home.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED:
· Manages new joiners and induction processes
· Supports L&D initiatives through scheduling, promotion, coordination, monitoring, evaluation and effective reporting of training initiatives
· Manages the probation review process for all new joiners
· Manages the learning mailbox and communicates effectively with required stakeholders and suppliers.
· Assists OD Executive with preparation and executive of Employee Survey.
· Supports Graduate Programme Lead with relevant events
· Active role in the graduate recruitment process – eg. Assessment centre coordination
· Supporting the implementation and roll out of LMS and TMS
· Support ad-hoc HR operations, as required
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· 3 year HR experience
· Full Clean Driving License
· A relevant Third level Degree qualification and/or relevant business experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work well under pressure, independently and on own initiative
