Cpl HR recruitment are looking to hire a HR Manager for a public sector client in Westmeath. This contract will be initially for 3 months, with the possibility to extend or be made permanent. This role will be fully onsite, over a 5 day week.
Role and responsibilities will include:
- Provide strategic HR support and direction for the organisation
- Support with recruitment and retention initiatives
- Drive employee engagement programmes
- Guide on all areas of ER and IR cases and liaise with third parties when required
- Coach and develop HR team while creating and supporting with succession plans for the wider business
Experience and skills required:
- 7+ years in HR in a progressive roles
- Experience in driving and leading a team
- Degree in HR or other related subject (level 8 or equivalent)
- Exposure to a complex working environment would be ideal
- Experience in the public sector would be an advantage
- Strong IR experience required
