Cpl HR recruitment are supporting a large Not for Profit organisation with an incredible vision, with the recruitment of a HR Manager on a permanent basis. This role will support all aspects of HR and will drive and support the business with its strategy and development plans, especially with an operational mindset that will support what is best for the organisation.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
- Be responsible for the operational effectiveness of the HR function
- Drive and support a positive organisational culture with a diverse workforce
- Be the point of contact for any escalations and resolve in a efficient manner
- Manage all recruitment across the organisation, ensure all legislative processes are adhered to
- Ensure Health and Safety is an integral part of all processes
- Process payroll
- Balance various projects in a timely manner
- Be an advocate for the organisation
Skills and experience required:
- Degree in HR or other related subject, CIPD qualification would be an advantage
- Previous experience in a managers capacity
- Must have hands on Irish employment law experience
- Be able to work on site 5 days per week
- Previous experience in a care, not for profit or charity would be a distinct advantage.
