Your Mission

You’ll handle everything from recruitment to team development, making sure our teams are happy, motivated and ready to deliver the ultimate guest experience.
What You’ll be Doing
· Building an epic team – Find, hire and onboard the best talent for this hotel brand
· Keeping culture alive – Plan cool team events, training sessions and initiatives that keep team engagement and energy high
· Spreading good vibes – Create an open positive work environment, where our teams feel valued and heard
· Solving people puzzles – Be the go-to person for HR support, from employee relations to well-being
· Keeping things on track – Handle HR policies, compliance and admin.
What we’re looking for
· HR Superstar - ideally with hotel experience, or within a fast-paced environment
· Culture builder – you will bring energy and know how to keep a team motivated and connected
· Organised and proactive – with an in-depth knowledge of Employment Law in Northern Ireland you will get things done effectively and efficiently.
· Creative thinker – from employee engagement to problem solving, you always find a fresh approach
