Cpl HR Recruitment have a new position in a HR Manager capacity based in Dublin 22. Working in a fast paced family owned space, supporting a head count of over 100 employees in a standalone capacity. This role will give the ingoing HR professional an opportunity to really build the HR space and hugely influence the culture of the business.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and coaching managers
- Offer the best in class HR advise
- Support the broader leadership team on all people related areas
- Develop a strong culture
- Responsible for development, training and retention
- Ensure performance management is embedded
Skills and experience required:
- Third level qualification in HR or other related subject
- Experience in a progressive HR position
- Experience in a HR Manager role would be ideal
- Operational and strategic thinking would suit this role
- Demonstrated experience in a developing a strong culture
- Change management experience is key
