Our multinational client in Dublin West has an exciting requirement for a HR Operations Specialist to join their team for an 11 month contract. The successful candidate can have the opportunity to work fully remote or hybrid. This role is responsible for HR support and delivery, offering a comprehensive HR service in a bus, high volume environment, operating in line with HR policies and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Primary Point of Contact for HR queries, via ticketing system organize by case transactions.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from on-boarding onward
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Provide HR support to wider centre of excellence
- Ensure compliance to local HR legislation
- Perform regular quality reviews and report findings
- Support testing on HR technology advancements
- Any other ad-hoc HR support
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2 years’ HR experience, ideally in a shared services environment
- HR Qualification.
- Experience with HR tools and systems (e.g., Workday & ServiceNow)
- Excellent communication skills
