Our engineering client, in Dublin West, has an exciting requirement for a HR Information System Implementation Manager, for a 6-month contract, working fully onsite. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of a new HR Information System, ensuring the systems integration with business processes and systems efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
· Analyse organisational needs and design relevant HRIS solutions
· Ensure data accuracy and integrity, and project milestones are met.
· Develop and maintain a project plan for the system implementation.
· Work closely with all key business department, including HR, IT and other departments for the HRIS implementation
· Scope out best practice HR processes aligned with business needs
· Ensure the system integrates seamlessly with other existing systems
· Plan the migration of existing HR data.
· Develop and deliver training programmes for users.
· Create user manuals and related documentation.
· Monitor system performance and user feedback
· Maintain highest levels of security confidentiality.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· Relevant degree – Human Resources Qualification preferably
· 5+ years related experience, with proficiency in HRIS platforms and project management methodology
· Strong project management skills
· Excellent communication and people skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
