Our multinational client in Dublin city centre has an exciting requirement for a HR Team Lead, for a 12-month maternity leave contract, offering hybrid working of 3 days onsite. The successful candidate will lead a team of 3 HR professionals focused on the day-to-day administration in the area of Leave of Absence, with focus on continuous improvement and provision of a positive employee experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Lead a team focused on Leave of Absence administration, supporting EMEA
- Analyse data trends & develop reports and plans
- Work closely with stakeholders and management to implement best practice processes
- Coach and train team members on all relevant policies and practices.
- Delivery on requests according to agreed SLAs
- Collaborate with other global shared services teams
- Identify trends and areas for improvement.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+years HR Operations experience in preferably a shared services environment
- 2+ years supervisory experience in Human Resources, highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, processes and programs.
- Strong knowledge of Leave of Absence
- Experience with relevant HR systems – Workday, highly desirable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
