We are currently looking for a German Speaking ISR to join one of the biggest platforms globally, with the support of a leading global professional services company. Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, renewals and expansions.
- Engage with customer to ensure smooth transition and satisfaction.
- Support accounts across a range business areas.
- Perform regular forecasting and business reviews.
- Perform admin on leads, opportunities and follow-up actions/expectations.
- Review sales pipeline and performance.
- Research and understand the partners’ business goals and turn data actions.
Skills Required:
- Min C1 German.
- Min. B2 English.
- Min. 2 years’ experience in digital marketing advertising.
- Min. 2 years’ experience in any online ad platform (Amazon, Twitter, Facebook, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc).
- Min 2 years of experience in a sale and/or account management role.
- Knowledge of metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM and ROAS.
- Excellent communications and customer service skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Quick leaner and able to retain knowledge about client’s products and services
- Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology
- Proven experience in working toward quarterly goals, in a KPI driven environment.

Salary : 35-42,000 euro per annum
Bonus : 15 – 30 % monthly bonus
