What does the typical day look like:
· Preparing proposals and negotiating contract terms with property owners via phone calls
· Following up with property owners and getting commitments
· Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals
· Forecast, monitor and analyze results within the assigned portfolio to maximize revenue growth and profitability
· Manage a portfolio of existing leasing contracts
· Renegotiate and renew rent of existing antenna contracts
What are we looking for:
- Fluent in German
- Enthusiastic with a desire to learn.
- Sales and negotiation experience.
- The ability to work independently while also being a team player.
