What Does The Typical Day Look Like:

Engaging with potential prospects and landlords via phone, email, and video calls.
Negotiating and finalizing lease agreements with clients.
Keeping records updated in the company’s internal systems.
Entering and managing data using Microsoft Excel, Word, and company-specific software.
Creating proposals and presentation materials with accurate client information.
Achieving sales targets with an uncapped commission structure.

What Are We Looking For:

German Fluency: Native-level (C2) proficiency and strong English skills (B2 or higher).
Sales and Negotiation Abilities: Previous experience in sales, leasing, or negotiation is an advantage.
Enthusiastic and Driven: A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Tech Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, with the ability to adapt to new software systems.
