Key Responsibilities:
- New business sales – identify and secure new business clients
- Renewals – Manage and grow a portfolio of clients with high retention rates
- Cross selling – identify opportunities to cross sell products to existing clients
- Client support – provide outstanding customer services, addressing queries and issues efficiently
- Team Collaboration – work closely with colleagues to achieve team targets and deliver and excellent customer experience
- Provide expert advice and solutions across the different personal lines products
- Undertake Ad Hoc tasks to support the team
Requirements:
- APA qualified
- Must have previous experience in a brokerage (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent knowledge of Applied / Relay system
- Proven track record to exceed sales / retention targets
