My client are a leading government organization. They are currently looking to hire a IT Business Applications Support Specialist who will support internal and external clients on all business applications.
The following is desirable:
- 3+ years’ experience in a IT Business Applications Support role/Technical Support
- ITIL qualification within the ITSM area (e.g. Incident, Problem & Change Management).
- Project Management – Ability to contribute, test and support new application developments.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in managing an issue from initial logging through to successful resolution.
- DMS (Document Management System) and Tableau skills
This role is offering a hybrid work model and is being offered on a 12 month Fixed term contract basis. Depending on the experience that you bring to the role salary offered will be between €40,000 to €50,000 per annum.
