IT Deskside Support Engineer
Location: Dublin (Onsite)

We’re seeking an experienced IT Deskside Support Engineer to join a fast-paced enterprise environment in Dublin. This is a hands-on technical role supporting users up to and including executive level, ideal for someone looking to grow their infrastructure support career.
Responsibilities:
- Provide deskside and remote support across hardware, software, and user access issues
- Troubleshoot login problems, password resets, and email configurations
- Support hybrid cloud environments including Azure and Microsoft 365
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and asset management
- Ensure incidents are resolved within SLA and documented properly
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support, including deskside and remote environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory
- Experience with SCCM, endpoint management, and hardware troubleshooting
- Customer-focused mindset with experience supporting VIP or executive users
- Relevant IT degree or Azure certification preferred
