We’re working with a leading Irish organization who are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to take ownership of core IT functions across their business. This hybrid role, based out of a modern HQ in Kildare, offers a blend of strategy, hands-on delivery, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and coordination of updates, improvements, and fixes to IT systems, ensuring minimal disruption
- Act as the main point of contact for IT-related suppliers and service providers, managing performance and renewals
- Monitor and report on IT budgets, tracking spend and ensuring cost-effectiveness across technology services
- Develop and test continuity and recovery plans to ensure business resilience in the face of disruption
- Promote security awareness and provide ongoing guidance and training to internal teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience in IT operations, service delivery, or infrastructure management roles
- Strong organisational skills with experience overseeing changes and handling incident escalation
- Confidence working with and updating internal IT policies, standards, and documentation
- Financial awareness with the ability to manage IT procurement and vendor contracts
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite in Kildare | 2 days remote
