Junior Administrator / Document Controller - Limerick 

Kenny-Whelan are hiring a Junior Administrator / Document Controller for a Global company based in Limerick.

Profile:

** Please note this role will be Office based Monday to Friday: 

DUTIES: 

·   Scanning documents /drawings

·   Filing manual and electronic

·   Document control duties 

·   Excellent attention to detail

·   General Office Duties

·   Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills

·   Good written and verbal communications skills

·   Ability to problem-solve

·   Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

·   Must be able to work in a team environment, including immediate supervisor and other team members in the group

·   Ability to build stable working relationships internally

·   Able to read, write, comprehend, and speak English fluently

Education:

Degree qualified in Biotechnology, Engineering, Business, Software or other categories will also be considered.

Computer skills: 

 Proficient with MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, /ECDL

 ECDMS experience an advantage (electronic document management systems)

Requirements: 

·  1 year+ Administrative Assistant /junior document controller experience ideally in pharma/biotech/medical device industry but not essential 

Please note that as this is a Contract role you need to be eligible to work in Ireland, hold a Stamp 1G or Stamp 4 Visa
