Junior Atlassian Administrator.

Position Overview:

My client is seeking a Junior Atlassian Administrator for their Limerick office. The successful candidate will be a proven problem solver who is eager to learn, with a minimum of two years industry experience. They will assist in the administration and support of our Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

In this role, you will:

·       Assist in the configuration, administration, and support of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).

·       Taking proactive measures to address Atlassian related issues and service requests.

·       Collaborate with teams to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions using Atlassian tools.

·       Participate in the planning and execution of Atlassian upgrades and maintenance.

·       Develop and maintain documentation for Atlassian configurations and procedures.

·       Provide training and support to users on best practices for utilizing Atlassian tools.

·       Participate on Flexible working arrangement on-site / hybrid model.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·       Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·       Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)

·       Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management principles.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Resides within Ireland (ROI or NI)

Preferred Skills:

·       Basic scripting or programming experience.

·       Knowledge of agile methodologies.
